Dave is outside counsel and adviser to CBA. His firm, Fee & Jeffries PA, is a business law firm specializing in complex business litigation and commercial transactions. Dave’s principal areas of practice include business transactions and corporate law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and commercial agreements. Dave then attended law school, also at Florida State University, where he was a member of the Florida State University Law Review. Dave graduated law school with high honors in 1988, and was elected to The Order of the Coif, a legal society whose members must, among other requirements, graduate in the top 10% of their class.
